He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie J. Collins, Sr. and Geraldine Barnes Collins; and his daughter Shelia Collins. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Tharp (Terry) of Winters, Bryan Collins of Winters, Carrie Collins Hanson of Winters, Briana Collins of Winters, Chris Collins of Winters, Beth Collins of Winters, Caleb Collins (Vikki Munoz) of Winters and Willie Collins, III (Rachel) of Abilene; and his siblings, Mark Collins (Trish) of Abilene, Lucas Collins of Winters, Visue Grice (Daryll) of Abilene and Janine Collins of Abilene. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Living Water Church (158 N Main St, Winters, TX 79567).
