He is survived by: his children, Lynn Tharp (Terry) of Winters, Bryan Collins of Winters, Carrie Collins Hanson of Winters, Briana Collins of Winters, Chris Collins of Winters, Beth Collins of Winters, Caleb Collins (Vikki Munoz) of Winters and Willie Collins, III (Rachel) of Abilene; and his siblings, Mark Collins (Trish) of Abilene, Lucas Collins of Winters, Visue Grice (Daryll) of Abilene and Janine Collins of Abilene. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
