Austin J. Cooley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Austin J. Cooley of Wolfe City, Texas, who passed away on December 8, 2025 at the age of 26. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Greg McGlinn. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen James Cooley and Jaimie Ruth Cooley (Hargett); his daughter Evelyn "Evie" Ray Cooley (Austin); his wife Raegan Cooley (Fincher); his brothers, Anthony Cooley, Andrew Cooley and Ascher Cooley; his grandmothers, Debbie Cooley and Connie McGlinn; his great-grandparent Judith Kelley; his parents-in-law, Khristina and Grant Fincher; and his siblings-in-law, Grayson Fincher, Hayden Garcia and Peyton Fincher. He is also survived by many close friends and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Austin's honor to support Raegan during this unimaginable time of loss and to assist with his daughter Evelyn's care and future.
