He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Pack (Hoeltge) of Gober, Texas; his children, Sarah Carrillo (Raul Carrillo) of Colleyville, Texas, Reid Pack (Cheyanne (Lake) Pack) of Wolfe City, Texas, Matthew Pack (Paige (Skinner) Pack) of Sulphur Springs, Texas and Jacob Pack (Sarah (Spencer) Pack) of Rockwall, Texas.; his stepsons, Alex Page (Ashley) and Michael Page (Amanda); his grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob Carrillo, Benton, Sutton Pack, Lilly Page, Addison Edmunds and Lydia Quinn Pack; his sister Sherry Sheffield (Billy Sheffield) of Cash; his nieces and nephews, Jody and Justin Sheffield; his sister Melisa Durham (Derrick Durham) of Flower Mound; and his nieces and nephews, Brent Durham and Lindsey Hatter (Durham).
