He was predeceased by: his children, Tiffeny Hightower and Justin Hightower. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Louis Hightower and Belvy Mae Johnson; his wife Falicia Lynn Combs; his sons, James Hightower, Kyle Isham (Cristina), Garrick Polyard (Miranda) and Tristyn Miller; his siblings, Doug Teel (Sissy), Timmy Teel (Nancy), Bridgette Hightower (Roy), Preston Hightower (Jennifer) and Roxie Hightower; and his parents-in-law, Margaret Combs and Joe Combs. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
