He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Luis Villagran, Maria Alfaro, Agapito and Christina Ochoa; and his uncles, Alejandro "Cando" Ochoa and Daniel "Dirty Dan" Ochoa.
He is survived by: his parents, Fidencio Ochoa and Sylvia Ochoa (Flores); his daughter Codi Mathis (Will Mathis) of Madisonville; his granddaughters, Hadley J. Mathis and Blayne R. Mathis; and his close friends, Mike Villareal and Manny Trinidad. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
