He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton M. Smith and Jewel Brannan Smith; and his former wife Marilyn Mae Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Smith; his stepchildren, Alicia Martinez (Bernave) and Sean Milton; his sons, John Smith and Tom Smith (Becky); his granddaughters, Lauren and Amber; his sister Clara Shinpaugh; and his sister-in-law Betty Faver (Scott). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
