He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cunningham and Wanda George; and his brother Rick Malone. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kay; his children, Victoria Le Blanc (Donald), Kelsea Kent (Kyler), Brandon Cunningham (Shaylah) and Andrew Cunningham (Ainsley); his grandchildren, Kannon Cunningham and Sutton Kent; his siblings, Patti Zellmer (Jud), Karen Orr (Alan), Michael Malone (Sheila) and Brian Cunningham; his in-laws, Roger and Kay Lowe; and his brothers-in-law, Greg (Brenda) and James (Vicki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in David's memory to a favorite charity.
