It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Gardner (Wylie, Texas), who passed away on January 14, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Black and Dillie Bell Black (Phillips); and her granddaughter Brittney Swanson. She is survived by: her sisters, Jacquline Eastland and Nina Faye Miller; her daughters, Allenda Simpson, Sherilynn Gardner, Pamela Banks and Adrienne Brown (Jeffery); her grandchildren, Parrish Fisher, Adam Fisher, Tiara Banks, Carrington Brown and Leeland Brown; and her great grandchildren, Jaydan Banks-Spencer, Ava Fisher and Koa Fisher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
