He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Williams; his father Kenneth Terwort; and his siblings, Rodney Stewart and Ruth Ann Gilbert. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Stewart; his siblings, Stanley Terwort, Kenneth Terwort Jr., Susann Rister, Debra Stewart and Pam Winters (Duane); his children, Mary Mills (Scott), Cary Terwort, Jason Terwort and Andrea Martinez (Nick); his grandchildren, James Mills, Lance Mills, Derrick Mills, Matthew Mills, Bryce Terwort, Dalton Miranda, Aryana Miranda, Shelby Martinez-Kaulfus (Austin) and Nicholas Martinez; and his great grandchildren, Emory Kaulfus, Everett Kaulfus, Madeline Terwort, Alex Mills, Alice Mills, Royal Miranda and Renezmay Miranda.
