He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Rhodes and Dorothy Braziel Rhodes; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Rhodes and Jackie Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Rhodes of Yantis; his children, Christopher Rhodes of Hughes Springs, Tara Spencer (Dusty) of Canton and Mary Ridings (Josh) of Lufkin; his grandchildren, Kerri Ann, Abby, Anna Rhodes of Hughes Springs, DJ, Jade Spencer of Canton, Kylie and Wyatt Ridings of Lufkin; his siblings, Mike Rhodes of Keller, Greg Rhodes of Rockwall and Patricia Groves (Mark) of Emory; his siblings-in-law, Kenny Scott of Miller Grove and Susan Crank (Steven) of Whitehouse; and his nieces and nephews, Brandi, Robert Rhodes, Nadine Hadley, Christopher Lambert, David Groves, Justin Scott, Joe Scott, Kobey Ivey, Andy Moody, Zach Crispin, Callie Crispin, Ashley Bleam and Jennifer Johnson.
