He is survived by: his wife Tonja Cunningham; his mother Pansie Fogleman-Cunningham Frega (Fogleman); his daughter Sophia Terrell; his siblings, James Cunningham III, Sherrie Payne and Patti Mataxen; and his grandchildren, Gracie, Jeremy and Paisley.
