She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Mendez and Antonia Mendez (Dominguez). She is survived by: her husband Tony Maldonado; her children, Cynthia Vaughn (James) of Yoakum, Melanie Maldonado of Bloomington, TX and Matthew Maldonado (Felicia) of Yoakum; and her grandchildren, Mia Vaughn, Christian Vaughn, Elijah Maldonado, Kaylee Perez (Adrian), Mariah Torres, Alexis Rosales (Saul), Haley Maldonado, Aaliyah Wildey, Tayten Crawford and Faith McCloud. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home to help defray the cost of the funeral.
