He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Kelly and Novella Iretta Boultinghouse; and his brother William Curtis Kelly. He is survived by: his son Zachary Duffield; and his sisters, Agnes Mraz (Robert) and Dorothy Matejek (Kristopher). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
