He is survived by: his father Rodger Hart; his children, Donnie Harris (Josie) and Ella Hart (Braden Risinger); his siblings, Theresa Slaydon (James), Jamie Hart, Alvin Hart (Tonya), Donald Hart (Jacey), Justin Hart, Billy Hart (Sarah) and Tommy Hart; and his stepsisters, Elizabeth Hart, Karen Rigby, Sharon Riggs, Loretta Riggs and Patricia Riggs.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hope Community Center (122 Co Rd 413A, Yoakum, TX 77995).
