With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merta Withrow (Yoakum, Texas), who passed away on June 27, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Brown and Martha Wallace Brown; her former husband Charles Whitfield; her daughter Dusty Wenske; and her son-in-law Wayne Grubb.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Withrow; her daughters, Jo Ann Gary, Linda Grubb and Robin Keathley; her grandchildren, Chris Pospisil, Brandon Hagemeyer (Kayla), Troy Rosales, Gavin Gary, Cindy Sutton (Jeff), Charley Rosales (Angel) and Matt Hagemeyer; and her brother Arthur Brown (Margie). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of South Texas.
