He was predeceased by: his parents, Conde J. Steen and Lou Allie Steen (Mayfield); and his stepfather A. G. Herman II.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hochheim Cemetery.
Memorials may be made in his honor to the Hochheim Cemetery Association.
