She was predeceased by: her parents, Milfred White and Mary Yoakum White; and her sister Linda Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Carroll; her children, Katrina Carroll Lewis (Frederick) of Prairie View, Clarissa Carroll of Yoakum and Jerfred Carroll (Darlene) of Yoakum; her grandchildren, Kyle Carroll, A'Landis Carroll and Meyz Carroll; and her siblings, Johnnie Stewart (Major) of Corpus Christi, Joy Michelle Arrington (Larry) of Houston and Milfred White, Jr of Hallettsville.
