She was predeceased by: her husband Pedro Gonzalez; her parents, Facundo Santos and Paula Vela; and her sisters, Manuela Santos and Zulema Garza.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cristina Garcia (Jacobo), Ninfa G. Juarez (Abel Jr.), Oralia Flores and Rebecca Paredes (Armando); her grandchildren, Sara Salinas (Roger), Dina G. Perez, Monica Hanson (Aaron), Abel G. Juarez (Ida), Yvette Benavides (Cesar), Yvonne Zapata (David), Jessica Cavazos (Joel), Arnoldo J. "Javy" Flores (Sara), Armando Jr. Paredes (Adrianne) and Carlos Paredes; and her brother Presciliano Santos. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Rose Garden Funeral Home (2102 US-83, Zapata, TX 78076). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1610 Hidalgo Blvd, Zapata, TX 78076).
