He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Hardy Widner and Cecil Lenell Widner (Cryer); his wife Mary Jane Ruth Widner of Operator's Union; his siblings, James Hardy Widner, Joan Widner Roebuck and Jacie Van "Jake" Widner; and his grandson Austin Brent Jackson.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Jody Jackson of Humble, Texas; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Barbara Widner of Zavalla; his son David Widner of Beaumont, Texas; his sister Joyce Havard of Anahuac, Texas; his grandchildren, Crystal Zimmerer, Blake Jackson, Jennifer Widner and Keith Widner; his great grandchildren, Luke Zimmerer, Thomas Zimmerer, Brady Jackson, Olive Jackson, Beau Jackson, Zachary Deskey, Cameron Grey, Elissa Grey, Abrianna Widner and Corbin Widner; and his great great grandchild Wrenlee Grey.
