He is survived by: his family, Erin and Andrew; his wife Susan Atkinson Turner; his children, Travis Turner (Stephani), Matt Turner (Casee), Amanda Dillon (Chris), Erin Hepner (Brady) and Andrew Turner (Kaitlin); and his sisters, Jan Leavitt (Paul), Tracie Tolbert (Keven), Paula Jensen (Eric) and DeAnne Haut (Kerry).
