He was predeceased by : his grandson Henry Dean Martin. He is survived by : his wife Catherine Martin; his granddaughter Michelle; his great grandchildren, Cora, Brooks and Lee; his parents, Edward Martin and Vada Woolsey Martin; his siblings, Bruce, Michael and Elizabeth; and also, Alina, Max, Karena, Nicholas, Edward III, Rory and Spencer. He is also survived by six children.

“We knew Ed when he lived in Katy, Tx and we know he had a love of life and a great love for you, Catherine. Didn't he say that scouting would be great if there were no kids?
