He is survived by: his sister Diana Meyer (Jim); his children, Chad Burnett (Holly) and Becky Mickelson (Roger); and his grandchildren, Zachariah Burnett, Izabella "Bella" Rees (Justin), Joshua Mickelson, Daniel Mickelson and Sabrina Burnett.
