He is survived by: his wife Jeri; and his children, Chad, Tal (Nikki), Thad (Denise), Dina, Loni (Mark), Maelei (James), Jason (Melissa) and Brett (Riley). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
