He was predeceased by: his parents, Almon Giles Clegg and Geneva Dennison Clegg; and his siblings, Dennis, Vern and Calvin (LaVar).
He is survived by: his sister Alene Misbach; his wife Janis Proctor of American Fork, Utah.; and his children, Diann Lee (Nicholas), Carl Clegg (DeLite), Brenda Webb (Layne), Sherlene Wattles (Randy), Lynette Sessions (Neil), Caren Satterfield and Connie Day (Dan). He is also survived by 34 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5848 W 11000 N, Highland, UT 84003). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Fast Offering fund.
