She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Clements and Mary Clements; and her husband J. C. Collins. She is survived by: her son Shawn Smith; her granddaughters, Samantha and Tiffany; and her siblings, Edward Blaine Clements, Keven Paul Clements, Jeffery Lynn Clements, Bryan Hardin Clements, Rodney Malan Clements and Mary Ann Penrod.
