With solemn reverence, we commemorate Althea Collins (American Fork, Utah), born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, whose life came to an end on October 9, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving behind cherished memories. She is survived by: her son Shawn Smith; her granddaughter Samantha; her sister Mary Ann Penrod; and her mother Mary Clements.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary American Fork Chapel (49 E 100 N, American Fork, UT 84003). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the American Fork Cemetery (600 N Center St, American Fork, UT 84003).
