He is survived by: his wife Patty Chase; his children, Brandon, Candice and Brittany; and his grandchildren, Kaiden, Blake, Aprylia, Brighton, Brynlee, Dawson and Leo. He is also survived by his siblings and many dear friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Building (1100 E 400 N St, American Fork, UT 84003). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
