He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Morgan Williams and Esther Huff Williams Riddle; and his stepfather Allen Russell Riddle. He is survived by: his wife Judie Carter; his children, Caleb (Leanne Murdock Williams), Camille Williams and Crystal (Ben Yancey); his grandchildren, Parker (Lyndsey Williams), Tyson (Ellina Williams), Evan Williams, Adalyn (Carson Ethington), Sydnee Yancey, Maren Yancey, Silas Yancey and Diego Yancey; and his brothers, Gad Williams and Dick Riddle.
