She was predeceased by: her father Donald Willingham; her daughter Kimberly Mitani; her father-in-law Kay Mitani; her sister Linda Pope; and her nephew Bradley Oostveen.
She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Willingham; her husband Rodney Mitani; her sons, Zackery Mitani (McKell) and William Mitani (Kiley); her sisters, Shanna Oostveen (Ernie), Chris Davis and Vicky Peck; and her grandchildren, Everly, Olivia, Gray and Raiden Mitani.
