He was predeceased by : his parents, William Ashby and Ruth Card Ashby. He is survived by : his former life partner Sylvia Brady; his sons, Nathan (Stevi), Heber (Kate), Benjamin (Sandra), Jonathan (Marisa) and David (Khiah); and his siblings, Will, Arda, Eric and Eda. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
