He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Susan Davis and Percy James Jasper; and his siblings, Joyce, Dorothy, Janice, Ronald and James.
He is survived by: his wife Beth; and his children, Mike, Diane, Lisa, Amy and David. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry would want to be remembered by "paying a kindness forward" to someone in need.
