She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sterling Winegar and Pearl Victoria Langford; her spouse D'Monte Wilcox Coombs; her son David Coombs; her son-in-law James Carter; and her grandchildren, Jeromy Howe and DJ Lemon.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ray Winegar (Marjorie), LeMar Winegar (Beverly), Elithe Doxey (Bill), Wendell Winegar (Norma), James Winegar, Keith Winegar (Virginia), LeGrand, Buzz Winegar, Carol Ottesen (Keith) and Barry Winegar (Jean); her children, Carlin Ferris (Steve), Ann Larsen (Keith), Willard, Carol Carter (late Jim), Lincoln Coombs (Alice), Marilyn Howe (James), Debby Blackhurst (Ryan) and Diane Lemon (Billy); and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Winegar and Liz Child. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to express their sympathies are invited to contribute to the Church missionary or humanitarian funds.
