He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ward and Betty Dodd. He is survived by: his son Casey Ward; his sister Ruth Caldwell; his nephew Karson Kritchfield; and his siblings, Mark Ward, David Ward and Terri Judd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
