As we bid adieu to Merma's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Merma has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Gardner Proctor and Elma Gertrude Wells. She is survived by: her husband Gaylon Winters; her children, Rick Hunter (Bobi), Nancy Gray and Jill Southwick; her sons-in-law, Glen Gray and Kelly Southwick; and her brothers, Jack, Dan, Blair and Bob. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel (49 E 100 N, American Fork, UT 84003). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
