He is survived by: his mother Rose Marie Maddix; his wife Kathryn; his children, Matthew Maddix (Katie), Jennifer Sorensen (Derek), Shannon Coughran (Tyler) and Mitchell Maddix; his grandchildren, Rosie, Tatum and Ivy; and his brother Jeffrey Maddix (Cheryl). He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
