He is survived by: his parents, William W. Higbee and Rose Ann Higbee; and his siblings, Linda Ann Boyle of Vista, California, Joan Christine Hillstead and Brian William Higbee of Alpine, Utah.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
