He is survived by: his wife Dixie Sampson; his children, Steven (Kristi), Heather Eames (David), Samuel (Rachel Johnson), Tamera Brownlee (Michael), Natalie Darley (Lee), Monique Butcher (Daniel), Jared (Rachel), Elizabeth Talbert (Leonard), Paul, Penny Mattinson (Ryan), Amie Liston (Sean), Christopher (Camille) and Matthew (Joanna); his brother Eldon (Judy); and his sisters-in-law, LeiMomi Sampson and Karen Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
