With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Talitha Kaye Teuscher Whitehead (American Fork, Utah), born in Murray, Utah, who passed away on April 22, 2026 at the age of 58. She was predeceased by: her parents, Talvin Teuscher and Karolyn Teuscher; her husband John Mark Whitehead; and her brother Scott Teuscher. She is survived by: her siblings, Karol McMullin (Richard), Rashele Naylor (Duaine), Raylyn Poulson (Mike) and Kirk Teuscher (Kristine); her nieces and nephews, Cayden Naylor (Emma), Jared Naylor (Jannon), Adam McMullin (Kennedy), Aubrey Poulson, Emily Naylor, Luke McMullin, Ella Poulson and Henry Poulson; and her caregiver Marion.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hillcrest 5th Ward Chapel (680 N 350 W, American Fork, UT 84003). Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hillcrest 5th Ward (680 N 350 W, American Fork, UT 84003). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest 5th Ward Chapel (680 N 350 W, American Fork, UT 84003). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the American Fork Cemetery (26 W 600 N St, American Fork, UT 84003).
