She was predeceased by: her son Michael Smith; her parents, LeRoy K. Laycock and Margaret Ann Martinez; her brothers, Michael Mecham and Ron Mecham; and her pet Bentley.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberli Strelich (Brook); her granddaughter Stella; her significant other Cameron Baxter; and her siblings, Lester Molyneux (Laureen), Lynn Mecham (Karen), Robert Mecham (Dorothy), David Laycock (Sharon), Barbara Mitchell (Rick Harvey) and Tacy Pifher (Louis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
