Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Terry leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Levern "Chummy" and Joy Dean "Jodie" Franich (Taylor); his stepmother Quilla Dean Franich of Stinnett, TX; his sister Tami Lynn; his stepbrother Terry Wayne Hall of Colville, WA; his brother-in-law Joe Padilla Enriquez of Cedar Park, TX; and his nephew Michael Thomas "Mike" Beachler.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Dean Franich (Debra) of Rock Springs, WY, Gregory Olin Franich (Erin) of Bettendorf, IA and Karen LaVerne Franich; and his sisters-in-law, Maytiya Kerr and Monica Enriquez of Cedar Park, TX. He is also survived by 17 nephews and nieces, and many great-nephews and great-nieces.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Utah State Developmental Center (895 N 900 E St, American Fork, UT 84003). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
