She was predeceased by: her mother Edna May Larsen (Ludlow); her husband Wayne Fredrick Smith; her father E. Martin Larsen; her granddaughter Moraya Moreno; and her great grandchild Marvin Daniel Washburn.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Washburn (Dan), Terri Chinn, David Smith (Lori), Elizabeth Kae McDonald (Andy Schwaller), Tami Peterson (Kent) and R. Dale Smith (Marti).
