He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clark, Carol Smith and Allen Carter. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Smith and Debbie Smith; his wife Josie Smith; his children, Vivian and Harvey; his sisters, Shelia White (Ryan), Shawna Swenson and Marci Graff (Mark); and his grandmother Jean Carter. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
