He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Rowley and LaRue Rowley; and his son Brant Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Elyse Ricketts (Larry) and Travis Anderson (Jodi); and his siblings, Brad Rowley (Elaine), Russell Rowley (Lori) and Barbara Buoy (Alan).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cedar City Cemetery (W 685 N, Cedar City, UT 84721).
