He was predeceased by: his nephew Kelly William Blaine. He is survived by: his parents, Barry Johnson and Louise Johnson; his children, Hayden Troy and London Machelle; and his siblings, Shon, Wade (Jessie), Clay and April (Brian). He is also survived by his ex-spouse, children, daughter-in-law, (Hanna Johnson), grandchild, (Dean Hayden), parents.
