He was predeceased by: his mother Elma Deleeuw Moosman; his wife Kyleen Moosman; his in-laws, Kyle and Shirley Torgersen; his siblings, Foster James Moosman (Jim) and MaryAnn Bliss; his siblings-in-law, Keith Christensen, Chan Bliss (Chuck), Steve Colby, Mike Willden and Shirley Colby; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Johnson, Paula Orton, Douglas Bliss and Clint Torgersen.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Roberts of St. George, Christy Beckstead (Scott) of Vernal and Jessica Blundell (David) of Lake Point; and his sister Dixie Christensen of Richfield. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
