He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Finlinson and Maggie Johnson Lyman; his siblings, Dale and Marcia; and his wife Arlene Ebelt.

He is survived by : his siblings, Raymond, Katherine, Austin and Layne; and his children, Rick, Lori, Jill and Kitt. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren and 34 great- grandchildren.

His contributions to his community were immense.
