He was predeceased by: his parents, Maximo Olmos Villarroel and Mercedes Sanguino Montero; and his sister Maria E. Olmos. He is survived by: his former wife Gertrude Denise Deitz; and his siblings, Hernan, Roque, Maximo, Martha and Paola.
Viewing was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home of Bluffdale (13863 S 2700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065). A burial was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Holladay Cemetery (4900 S Memory Ln, Holladay, UT 84117). He remained there for many years spending time with family and friends with the intention to return to the US but the pandemic prevented him from traveling.
He received certificates of recognition and appreciation for his valued contribution to the U-2 Reconnaissance missions.
