He is survived by: his father David Wade (Pam); his grandchildren, Cooper, Oakley, Blakely and Hudson; and his siblings, Todd Wade (Stacy), Chad Wade (Angie), Natalie Griffiths (Matt), Michael Wade (Jill) and Suzanne Andersen (Christian). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092.
