He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Schmidt and Nellie Bangerter Schmidt; his wife Doris Croxford Harrison; his children, David (Silvye), Duane (Shelly), Ruth (late James), Dru, Matthew (JoAnn) and Paula (Marvin); and his sisters, Lillian Redford (late James) of Layton and Elsie Rigby. He was also cherished by 67 grandchildren, 109 great grandchildren, 15 great-great grandchildren.
