She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Burgin and Mildred Nellie Hansen; and her siblings, LaMar Burgin, Josephine Gardner and McCulloch.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Nicole, Gary, Amanda, Blake and Candace; her former husband Gary Hyrum Hazelgren; her sons, Mark Hyrum (Linda) and Paul Burgin (Alison); her sister Florence; her grandson Mark; her great grandchildren, Matthew and Ryan; her grandson Paul; her great grandchildren, Nicole and Gary; her granddaughter Karen; and her children, Amanda, Blake and Candace.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russon Mortuary (295 N Main St, Bountiful, UT 84010). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the LDS Chapel (1476 N 300 W, Bountiful, UT 84010).
