With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara (Bennett) Armstrong (Bountiful, Utah), who passed away on May 16, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Barbara find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her father Reed Bennett; her husband Bob; her son-in-law Dan Thomas; and her brothers, Doug, Norman and Allen.
She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Katz; and her children, Craig (Cathy), Cindy (Jim), Gaye (Bennett) and Lisa. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Book Hotel LDS Chapel (640 S 750 E, Bountiful, UT 84010).
